Party hire

Planning a birthday party, or need something special to keep the kids entertained at a family event? Our party hire toys have you covered! 

These toys are a fun mix of specially curated larger toys and play equipment. We also hire kids tables, chairs, and crockery, perfect for cake-cutting time.

How it works

Party hire is available to members of the toy library and to the general public. Non-toy library members pay a $50 admin fee to hire party toys.

Packs are available for collection during our open hours and loaned out for one week. Please note that these larger toys take up a lot of boot space and multiple trips might be required depending on the size of your car. 

If you need to cancel your party hire booking, cancellations within 7 days of pick-up, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations outside this window, a full refund will be issued.

Roller coaster

Ages: 2-5 years (max weight 30kg)

Price: $20 (plus $20 refundable deposit)


The roller coaster comes with almost 3.15m of wavey track, that little thrill seekers will love. Once they glide off, they can push the car back up and go again!

The high backed cart is very safe and it is easy for toddlers to get off and on. Packs down to smaller sections to be easily transported in a car.

Soft Play Explorer Set

Ages: Birth +

Price: $20 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

This high quality soft play set is encourages kids to crawl, climb and slide — helping them to discover new skills through colour and play. This soft, safe set is perfect for young children to develop their balance, coordination and strength. 


Toddler trampoline

Ages: 3-8 years (max weight 80kg)

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

Great for jumping those sillies out, this mini-trampoline has a removable handle to adapt to different ages.


Slide

Ages: 2-6 years (max weight: 50kg)

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, this slide has wide steps and an easy-grip handrail. Collapses for easier transport.


Play tent

Ages: All ages

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

Perfect for a circus themed party, as a chill out zone for kids who need a bit of space, or as a prompt for pretend play.

Ballpit

Ages: 6 months+

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

This playpen comes supplied with 200 balls. Perfect as a safe zone for little ones. 

With bigger kids, fill the playpen with other toys you don't want going everywhere to make clean up a breeze.

Parachute

Ages: 2 years+

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

Set of six parachute pieces that can be used individually or connected to make a larger chute area. Add balls for more fun!

Party kit

Suitable for: 12 people

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

This set includes 12 plates, bowls, cups, knife, forks and spoons. It's dishwasher safe. We have two sets available for hire.

Kids picnic table

Suitable for: 4 children

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)

Seating four children comfortably, this picnic table folds flat for easy storage. We have 4 picnic tables available for hire.

Giant Jenga

Suitable for: 8 years+

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)


Our giant jenga extends from a 75cms at the start to a potential playing height of more than 2 metres.

Giant Connect 4

Suitable for: 6 years+

Price: $10 (plus $10 refundable deposit)


This giant connect 4 set is 104cm tall and makes for excellent outdoor fun for kids and adults alike.
